If you're planning to go to Siena or just want to be remined of what it looks like, you might wantg to start by taking a look at my digital paintings of Siena or Florence or Italy.
You might also want to take a look at my Siena "urban trek" photos from 2005. These "urban treks" are a wonderful collection of little self-guided tours created by the local tourist office, taking yuou into the backstreets of the city, all inside the walls.
Or maybe you're interested in photos taken in Siena during the fall of 2005.
On the same pages you can find photos of our apartment in Siena in the fall of 2005 and a wonderful Thanksgiving spent with the Bechi family in Asciano in 2005.
Moving a bit north you can see a collection of images I put together while we were living in Florence in 2006. Included are photos from "a stroll in the park," "Spring Break" (adult-style), the 2006 Carnevale (see photo below) and my efforts to photodocument the sculptures in Porte Sante and Trespiano cemeteries. (Porte Sante is located just behind Piazzale Michelangelo and is the final resting place of "Collodi", the author of Pinocchio.)
Moving even farther north I have also put online a collection of photos taken while we were living in Paris in 2006-2007:
Normandy
Paris
Verdun, Versailles, Strasbourg, the Paris Auto Show and more of Paris
